- Monthly planning call (30 mins)

- Advanced file organisation (naming, sorting, version control)
- This package typically includes up to 30 hours of support per month. It focuses on what you need most. Your priorities come first.

🟡 Gold – Ops & Financial Flow £1497
For established service providers who need admin, operations and light finance support in one calm package.
Everything in Silver, plus:
- Basic bookkeeping in Xero (reconciliation, categorisation)
- Invoicing & chasing payments
- Monthly finance overview (expenses, income, unpaid invoices)
- CRM updates
- Fortnightly check-in call (15–30 mins)
- Priority response time
- This package typically includes up to 40 hours of support per month. But, it’s all about what you need most. Your priorities come first.

Alternatively, it is +£347 per month (as a retainer add-on)

Simple and Transparent Terms
Our retainer packages need a basic 3-month commitment, ensuring we can build a strong, productive partnership. To cancel your retainer, we simply ask for one month’s notice.
Payments for your chosen retainer package are due on the 1st of each month via standing order, making budgeting straightforward. Should you need extra support beyond your package hours, these will be charged at a flat hourly rate of £36. Extra hours are invoiced at the end of the month, with payment terms of 14 days. Invoices not settled within this period will incur a late payment fee.
